Workplace Psychological Health and Safety Assessment
A comprehensive evaluation of the workplace to identify potential psychosocial hazards, assess the organization’s current psychological health and safety practices, and provide recommendations for improvement. This service aligns with the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace.
Included:
Review of organizational policies, procedures, and practices
Surveys and interviews with employees to assess workplace culture and identify potential stressors
Analysis of workplace factors that may impact psychological health and safety (e.g., workload, control, reward, community, fairness, and values)
Development of a prioritized action plan with recommendations for interventions and programs to promote psychological health and safety
Guidance on implementing the National Standard and creating a psychologically safe and healthy workplace
